Eng 121-Finally Returning To School-Final
$ 15.00

            I was raised in Southern California by my mother.  I grew up very close to her.  I learned how to be responsible from watching her.  As well as watching her struggle to find work with just an AA degree regardless of work history.  She always supported me and taught me that a college degree is very important.  While in high school, I knew that I had to think positively and stay focused if I wanted to make it to college, and far in life.  I was involved in basketball, as well as having a part time job, while in high school.  Being a personal trainer for the L.A.P.D. was my dream career and something I was willing to work with great effort for.  I was looking forward to playing basketball during college while earning my degree, but things didn't turn out that way.
