Job satisfaction is the variable directly related to assisting employee motivation.
There is a connection between motivation and job satisfaction, making them a primary responsibility to the company’s survival. Even though motivation and job satisfaction are related terms they are not synonyms. Employers have succeeded and failed at providing their employees both theories.
