We are planning to carry out audit activities in the organization over a period of six months where we aim to evaluate all activities with the organization at least once. We will carry out risk assessment to identify high risk areas and these areas will be analyzed more than once over the course of the audit. The auditing period is divided into different periods where we will cover different aspects of the business. We will contact each department prior to auditing in various business segments in order to develop a schedule that is convenient for both the auditor and department being audited. At the beginning of the audit we shall schedule a meeting with to determine the scope and objectives of conducting the audit. This is essential since it will assist to establish areas of interest and also gives you an opportunity to raise any issues affecting the audit.
