I am writing you in regards to the companies current employee policies. It has come to the attention of management that there are currently no clear policies or procedures concerning accountability and disciplinary actions of subordinates within the company. I will provide a beneficial solution to growing company issues due to loose guidelines and disciplinary policies in which Mojo Art & Image can result in changes within the company providing reliable, efficient work, and an equal workplace environment. Three plans have been cultivated for convenience.
I will discuss three plans of action to resolve this potential problem. First I will identify a proactive approach by developing an indoctrination class to be introduced into the hiring process. Second I will discuss precise procedures and policies to follow when taking action against personnel who choose not to follow company policy. Lastly I will talk about measures to implement these new processes into current working environments.
