Blackberry leadership and management have identified several key dilemma’s which have contributed to recent consumer and sales decline.  The leadership team has formulated a plan to identify issues, survey customers, and discover and implement resolutions to bring organizational success back to the Blackberry brand.  First, the company will identify the dilemmas at hand and what resolutions are needed.
