The scope of this paper will take a snapshot look at the different issues of child abuse around the world and how it is treated. Some of the featured countries are the United States, Canada, Saudi Arabia, and countries in conflict such as Syria and Central African Republic. A look at how the UN and the international community has attempted to step in and prevent these different episodes of child abuse. In addition to an international view a short look at how professionals in the United States have critiqued one another on their treatment of children in post child abuse situations and the treatment of child abuse in general. As well as a look at the influence of DNA on child abuse cases.
