We deal with contracts on a daily basis without even realizing it. When we go shopping, go to the hair salon, and even when we drop our children off at the babysitters we are entering into contracts with the individuals who provide these services. “A contract is a legally enforceable agreement between two or more people” (Rogers, 2012). The agreement can be verbal, for example I recently went out of town and needed someone to pet sit. I asked my next door neighbor if she could pet sit for three days and I would pay her $100 dollars when I returned. She agreed and upon my return I paid her for her service. There are also contract that are more formal such as the one I had to sign when I bought my car. When entering into a contract there are many things that each party should take into consideration and remedies to avoid breaching the contract by either party.
