2.The middle paragraph provides a brief statement of the unique selling or convincing point that will meet and exceed the organization’s needs. This is an opportunity to capture the decision maker’s interest. In addition, it is your opportunity to explain any research and efforts taken to identify any critical requirements of the problem.
3.The closing paragraph usually contains name of the project, your contact information, and a quick thank you.
