A well balanced diet and a good exercise plan go hand in hand for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. If one only uses exercise or only a healthy diet that balance is at risk and the outcome will not be what one wants. Each person is unique in their needs so the need of one will not necessarily be the need of another. That is why each person should create their own plan and not be so quick to believe everything that is on the television or what they can find over the internet. For myself I find it a must to try and raise my energy levels as well as my endurance. From years of sitting behind a desk and only walking around all day I have a low level of energy and very little to no endurance. This paper will go over how I plan to get back into shape which will allow me to live a better and healthier life style.
