The first job analysis i would choose is the individual method because it gathers one individual
for perspective clients or employees for an extensive one on one interview for a single
job and at this is time is when you get an idea of the person to see if he or she is qualified 
or a suitable fit for the company far as eye to eye contact or to see if someone is nervous
usually a trained interviewer can tell about a person from the one on one form. I don't think
that there is any disadvantages  to the individual method of an interview I think it is the best route
to go.
