Franklin Acquisitions has 255 employees spanning 10 different work areas of discipline assigned to it. One way to better utilize the current employees is through a cross training program where workers are trained, certified, and deemed competent to perform multiple tasks for more than one job. This plan will enable the company to remedy critical gaps where current scheduling vacancies exist. Attached is my proposal to establish a cross-training program for Franklin Acquisitions, LLC. Upon discussion completion with several companies within the Top Fortune 500, a cross training plan has been devised and is ready for organization’s training program to implement. If approved by the Board of Trustees, cross training will begin implemented on a trial basis through the use of a two step process.
