Issue number one identifies the need for better overall customer service satisfaction and a predicable and efficient manner that CanGo can use to carry out this service. The recommended solution would use a customer service process flow chart that would improve overall efficiency and expectation satisfaction. A starting point would be taking Debbie's notes and place them in a flow chart to show the employee exactly the route to take when confronted with customer service issues and or questions (Sandrio, 2011).
