One’s attitude towards their job is reflected in his/her job satisfaction. This “quantity” can be measured various ways(e.g. intrinsic/extrinsic). Nevertheless, job satisfaction is a post hoc phenomenon. Statistics is used throughout the business world to evaluate both financial and decision-making risks. Every decision made by management is accompanied by a chance for failure, therefore, statistical analysis is conducted formally ("math") and informally (i.e. "I hope"). Math responses are preferred, however, they do require advanced training such as college courses.
