Research a minimum of four articles that address the legal and ethical implications for classroom management related to the rights and responsibilities of students, parents, and teachers.
This week goal is to allow some flexibility to research issues that interest and apply to you. Please look into any issue that you are concerned with or think that you may encounter during your teaching profession. Some examples are bullying, student safety, parent boundaries, students with disabilities, dress code, teacher harassment, obligation to report abuse, teacher responsibilities, parent responsibilities, student responsibilities, parent's right to information, student's rights, confidentiality, acceptable discipline, teacher conduct, teacher safety, parent's rights, freedom of speech, copyright materials, code of conduct..... I will also accept information about current issues (especially if there is one that applies to you) if you relate the information to the rights and/or responsibilities of teachers, students, and parents.
