Case chosen: Civil Rights Act of 1964, also known as Equal Opportunity Employment Act: It is an unlawful employment practice to adjust the scores of, use different cut off scores of, or otherwise alter the results employment related test on the basis of race, religion, sex, or national origin.

· An analysis of the biases related to the assessments in the case
· The ethical implications for diverse populations in relationship to the case
· The role of norming in creating bias
